Memory issues in OptiMiser PC related to images

If you're getting an error message when you go to attach pictures in OptiMiser PC - either in a image upload field or in the report generator - the problem may be too large image files.
There are two options for reducing your image sizes: (1) set your camera to
save smaller images or (2) resize them before you attach them.
Here is a cool app from Microsoft that can resize, either a single file or
a batch:

Note that this app from Microsoft includes a number of mini-apps. You can turn them all off besides the Image Resizer in settings.
You can use Image Resizer to resize a bunch of images at once (it saves them with an altered name, and preserves the original).
